The new belt oven delivered by Beta Bakery Engineering was pre-assembled completely (a distance from the future location of approx. 120 m). The old oven was moved completely in the hall to the dismantling with air cushion technology to a prepared place. Then the new oven, also put with air cushion technology to the final place, was connected with the media gas, water and electrical technology. Within these measures the loss of production could be reduced to 12 days. Normally the loss of production will be about 45 days.
